INSTRUCTION NAME: TIFAUT (true if automatic mode)
DESCRIPTION: This instruction sets the SVD output to 1 if the mode of the direct control point
(DCP) contained in operand 1 is automatic. If the mode is not automatic, the SVD output is 0. The
SVA input remains unchanged.
